If you are still using IE5, or even IE4, the site will not display properly. If you are not using Windows XP, you are strongly advised to upgrade to IE6 (SP1) using the link here to Microsoft.
If using XP a much better browser (if you want to use Microsoft stuff) is IE7. It's tabbed so you don't get loads of pages sitting on the desktop. Download that here.
